The journey through one cohort
The programme runs for twelve weeks and takes you from a raw idea to the stage in front of investors — step by step, with a team by your side.
Weeks 1 – 2
Onboarding and goal setting
You meet your mentor, the other teams and together set clear goals for the whole programme and the metrics we will track progress by.
Weeks 3 – 6
Validation and first product
You validate the problem with real customers, build the first version of the product and learn to listen to the data instead of your own assumptions.
Weeks 7 – 10
Growth and first revenue
We focus on acquiring customers, first revenue and a sustainable model that holds up even to the tough questions investors ask.
Weeks 11 – 12
Preparation and Demo Day
We polish your pitch, financial model and funding strategy, and finally you present your startup to the investor network on Demo Day.
